Meet Our Founder
Carson Grose
Carson holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a master’s degree in Operations Research. Carson has worked in supply chain operations at a Fortune 500 company and launched his own entrepreneurial ventures. He has also conducted research in supply chain resilience at Northeastern University, focusing on how businesses can build more adaptive and robust supply chains. It is with this blend of academic expertise and real-world experience that he helps small to medium sized businesses excel in their supply chain operations.
Outside of work, Carson is an avid paraglider, a passion that inspired the name Glassoff. In paragliding, the term glassoff refers to the smooth, lifty air that allows for effortless flight at the end of the day. Just as a pilot embraces the glassoff moment to soar, Carson’s goal is to help businesses experience smoother operations and elevate their performance with data-driven insights.
